LOCC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and the 127 Yard Sale is our largest fundraiser. Your participation supports our mission to serve the community. Thank you for treating our volunteers with kindness throughout the event.

Important Dates for 2026

Official 127 Yard Sale Dates: August 6–9

Other dates:

  • Opening July 29: Early set‑up allows you to sell over two full weekends.
  • Main Building & Cafeteria: Our air‑conditioned main building and cafeteria will be open August 6–8.
  • Facilities: Porta‑potties, dumpsters, water, and our pavilion will be available July 29–August 9.

Site Take‑Down: August 9–14

Space Rental Options (Over 50 Spaces)

All rental prices now include 20‑amp electrical power (one outlet per vendor).

  • Standard Outdoor (20′ × 20′) — $100
  • Medium Outdoor (15′ × 20′) — $80
  • Small Outdoor (10′ × 20′) — $70
  • Pavilion Space (10′ × 12′, concrete floor, under cover) — $70
  • Corner Pavilion Space (16′ × 12′, concrete floor, under cover) — $80

Referral Bonus: Recruit a new vendor (who has not participated in the last 3 years) and receive a $10 credit for every space they rent. Download our brochure to post or give to your friends!

Policy: No subletting. Each vendor must manage their own space and pay electronically or directly to the Vendor Team.

Amenities & Features

Electrical: One outlet per vendor. Please bring your own extension cords (12‑gauge recommended).

Restrooms: Clean indoor restrooms and porta-potties.  Pavilion bathrooms include showers for overnight vendors.

WiFi: Free access is provided, including a dedicated LOCC‑Vendor network for secure transactions (Square, etc.) and a separate guest network (9 AM–9 PM). Passwords will be provided on‑site.

Food: Our cafeteria serves our “World Famous” pinto beans, cornbread, and homemade desserts from 11 AM–3 PM, August 6–8.

RV/Camping:

  • Limited 30A electrical connections are available for $20.
  • Self‑contained RV/tent space is available behind the playground. Please coordinate with the Vendor Team.

Traffic, Parking & Cleanup

Entrance: The gate to the right of the building is for loading and unloading only. All front‑entrance traffic will be directed to the left (for parking).

Parking: FREE vendor and shopper parking is located behind the building. Please avoid areas reserved for volunteers or RVs. Some handicapped parking has moved near School House Road.

Exit: Please leave the parking area through the back gate onto School House Road.

Cleanliness: Please keep your site clean. Use the designated vendor receptacles only. Do not use the kitchen dumpster next to the parking lot.

Restrictions

Food Sales: No sale of prepared food or drinks. Canned or dried goods not intended for immediate consumption are permitted.

Alcohol: No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the property.

Vehicles: Vehicles must fit entirely within your rented space. If you need more room, you must rent an additional space.
