We ask that vendors not sublet spaces, and that each of you be responsible for your own spaces and pay online or the Vendor Team directly.

Electrical included on all spaces! One outlet per vendor, please. Bring your own extension cords; 12 gauge recommended.
Pavilion spaces are covered – no tent required. Bring your own tables.

Entrance: The gate/drive to the right of the building is for loading and unloading only. All LOCC front‑entrance traffic will be directed to the left (for parking).
Parking:FREE vendor and shopper parking is located behind the building. Please avoid areas reserved for volunteers or RVs. Some handicapped parking has moved near School House Road.
Exit: Please leave the parking area through the back gate onto School House Road.

Amenities
Our early set-up date will give you the opportunity to sell on two full weekends if you desire. The building and cafeteria will not be open until August 6, but porta-potties, dumpster, water and pavilion will be available starting July 29.

Any vendor who recruits a new vendor who has not been here for three years, will receive a $10 credit per each space rented by the new vendor

Free parking on site for vendors and shoppers
We have a few 30A electrical hookups available for a $20 charge. Space also available for self-contained RV or tent set up. Please contact the Vendor Coordinator for more information.
Restrictions
No sale of food or drinks by vendors except for items such as canned or dried foods not intended for consumption on the property. No alcoholic beverages. No smoking within 50′ of the pavilion.
Please do not park in the area designated for Center Volunteers or RV’s.
If you want to park a vehicle in your space, it must fit within the space, or you may rent an adjacent space, if available.
Be responsible for keeping your site clean during and after the sale. Please do not use the dumpster next to the parking lot as this will be used by the kitchen, and we do a good job of filling it up.
Take-down of vendor sites is from the last day of the sale, August 10, to August 15.
