Pavilion spaces are covered – no tent required. Bring your own tables.
We are updating our traffic flow for this season. See the diagram above.

Payments
All rental payments are considered a donation to support the Lone Oak Community Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Because these funds directly support our community programs, payments become non‑refundable after June 1, 2026. Payments made on‑site must be paid in full before setup.
Most vendors can treat these payments as tax‑deductible charitable contributions, though we always recommend checking with a tax professional for guidance on your specific situation.
Your reservation is secured once payment is received in full. If more than one person requests the same space, priority will go to the vendor whose payment is completed first.
We appreciate your support and look forward to having you with us for the 2026 127 Yard Sale.
Payment Methods
Make out check or money order to Lone Oak Civic League and mail to treasurer.
You may contact our vendor team by email at locc127sale@gmail.com(preferred), or by phone. Either way, we’ll acknowledge your reservation within a few days.
Lone Oak is registered on the official sale website at www.127yardsale.com. We encourage you to register on the site as a vendor to advertise your products and your presence at Lone Oak. It’s free.
The Lone Oak community center is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization. THANK YOU for assisting our efforts in helping our community. The 127 Sale is one of our largest fund raisers. Thank you for your kindness and good treatment of our many volunteers.
