Our new Pavilion!
After a substantial donation by the Frost family; construction on the pavilion at the LOCC is nearing completion. We have lighting, plumbing, and electrical nearly done. Our first fully open event will be the 2024 Christmas Tree lighting. Come out and see us!
Our pavilion progress
The pavilion includes a 32′ x 84′ roof with a poured concrete floor. Additionally there is a 30′ 6″ x 24′ building that houses a kitchen, two bathrooms, a storage room and bonus area second floor.
Construction underway!
Bathrooms
Each bathroom will include sink, hand dryer, toilet, shower and changing station.
Soft Opening for Trick or Treat
Moving along!
Pads are poured, septic tank and plumbing are complete. Electrical will be complete shortly. This will allow completion of network and wiFi plus other goodies.
The structure is on the back right corner of the LOCC property. This area was used for a cell phone tower several years ago.
