Our new Pavilion!

After a substantial donation by the Frost family; construction on the pavilion at the LOCC is complete. We are always doing a little polishing…

So Far – Events have included:

2024 Halloween (Soft Opening)

2025 Homecoming Celebration (Fully operational)

Next up:

We will provide vendor spaces in our pavilion for the World’s Longest Yard Sale!

Daytime View

The pavilion includes a 32′ x 84′ roof with a poured concrete floor. Additionally there is a 30′ 6″ x 24′ building that houses a kitchen, two bathrooms, a storage room and bonus storage area second floor.
Phase 1 construction is complete!

Rental Spaces for 127 Yard Sale

You can get 10 x 12 space(s) for the World’s Longest Yard Sale in August. It’s under cover, requires no tent and includes electricity. Seven to choose from.
The pavilion provides access to real bathrooms! (Real hot water and showers) There are also giant fans to beat the heat and lighting. Renters provide table(s) and display set ups.

Bathrooms

Each bathroom includes sink, hand dryer, toilet, shower (Bring Your Own Towels!) and changing station.
