Our new Pavilion!
After a substantial donation by the Frost family; construction on the pavilion at the LOCC is complete. We are always doing a little polishing…

We will provide vendor spaces in our pavilion for the World’s Longest Yard Sale!
Daytime View

The pavilion includes a 32′ x 84′ roof with a poured concrete floor. Additionally there is a 30′ 6″ x 24′ building that houses a kitchen, two bathrooms, a storage room and bonus storage area second floor.
Phase 1 construction is complete!
Bathrooms
Each bathroom includes sink, hand dryer, toilet, shower (Bring Your Own Towels!) and changing station.

The structure is on the back right corner of the LOCC property. This area was used for a cell phone tower several years ago.
