127 Yard Sale – Vendor Information

The Lone Oak Community Center (LOCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and the 127 Yard Sale is our largest annual fundraiser. Your participation helps support our mission to serve the community.

We sincerely appreciate the many vendors who return year after year and the kindness shown to our volunteers throughout the event.

May 2026 Update

Vendor interest for the 2026 127 Yard Sale has been excellent.

If you have not contacted us about this year’s event, you do not currently have a reservation.

However, we still have about 20 outdoor spaces available, and reservations are continuing.

Hurry and get your spots reserved before we sell out. Our best contact is by phone at (423)288-0884 (call or text).

Most of our rental spaces are 20′ × 20′, providing plenty of room for tents, trailers, tables, and displays. Many experienced vendors prefer outdoor spaces because they allow larger setups and easier customer access.

We also have many spaces located under old oak trees, providing natural shade during the event. Many of our returning vendors specifically request these shaded areas each year.

Early setup allows vendors the opportunity to sell during two full weekends.

127 Yard Sale -Reservation Policy

Vendor reservations are secured once payment is received in full.

We especially appreciate our many long-time returning vendors. Platinum vendors will continue to receive the flexibility they have traditionally had, including secured reservations upon request.
